Zero retention. No conversation, voice, or user data written to server-side logs or storage. TIER 0 — EBT ZERO-RETENTION VERIFIED The EBT application is designed not to store prompt or response content; provider-side retention is checked per project. EBT's own standard, not a third-party certification. Some memory is needed. Cross-session memory, analytics, or audit/regulatory logs. TIER 1 · GOVERNED RETENTION requires a data-processing agreement Standard is fine. Lower-sensitivity or public-facing; conventional handling acceptable. TIER 2 · STANDARD Not sure — help me choose.
